I keep having the idea to tell people to stay in bed a month. Really! That seems to be the magic time frame for people to let go of their compulsive thinking and activity cycles. Before the holidays I called my daughter in NY and suggested she take a month off to rest and re-set. No, she needed to keep going she protested. A week later she broke her foot and had a restorative rest at my place and was thankful for the time off.
More and more people are just checking OUT to check IN. And the results is exactly what you need. There is a new plan brewing for earth and her people. And it is based on BEING, no DOING. Do less and get more done.
This is new thinking. Lifting our consciousness up without cares. Sounds like the old way we used to think about Ascension!! Or perhaps we would have to die to have such freedom? Or, as so many spiritual teachers are now sharing, we will indeed stay here, retaining these wonderful same human body forms AND expand our energy field to omniscience. And it will be gradual. As new light spectrum keep coming in through wave like activity we are being shifted and re-tooled everyday. Some say the solstice and equinox are extremely powerful times for such up-grades.
No wild stuff is going to happen quickly. Exciting to think that, but we will transform slowly as a species to new physical forms of a higher vibration. And as our physical body and mental processes open to the divine energies we will begin to see and demand new ways for government, spirituality, land use, education…everything will be lifted up to care for us in a new way together. What if the information you are downloading, who to call that day, what to do is part of a Divine Plan already created for you that moves along such changes, utilizing your gifts and bringing you the most joy? The easiest best path that we resist because of habit? And what if other people checking their spiritual upstairs mailbox are getting their marching orders for the day and as you each tap into this higher, finished order of what is to be created…you find each other that day and all the right connections and movements are made effortlessly. Because you both are “tapped” in to the higher messaging from source you have an easy time of co-creating. With no resistance and anguish for the human drama and condition. This is available to you.
So what do we need to know to begin to let go of our own agenda, resistance and the same old that brings us just more stuckness? It takes just 21 days to break a habit, that is a scientific fact. And we must STILL the mind for exactly 21 seconds to lift off the energetic forms associated with mental activity. Interesting. My spiritual teacher tells me that in the year 2012 all dissonance and negativity will be released from the earth plane as the new order and thinking takes place in the up-graded human! Sounds good to me.

Simply still your mind for 21 days for 21 seconds
Oh so easy to say. You might want to find a very quiet place and make it a habit, a ritual. Do this at the same time each day and your bodily rhythm will res-set nicely. Drink a big glass of water so you are not dehydrated and your electro-magncetic system can function optimally. Then, choose you method as you quiet the mind:
– breathing slow and deep – focusing on your heart
– listening to relaxing music – follow a spoken word meditation
– take a walk in nature
If we want to connect with the principles of truth, beauty and love we must shut out the conventional thinking and people until we re-set our own inner compass and direction. I invite you all to consider this and see how your life expands and flowers in a new direction….

This last year it dawned on me I was unconsciously resisting growth, change and moving out into a larger collaborative arena. And that is where we are going. 1. Are you afraid of technology? Ok, that one is covered, as remember everything you use is new at some point. Think of your life without a cell phone or internet!! You can also get expert help and move quickly with your ideas and inspirations. Ask around who is best to help you and then use it.
2. Are you thinking it is SELLING OUT in a way that is not in alignment with what you represent? This is thinking that you can dissolve with a new tactic. What if you used your brilliant “intention” to bring your work out in a way that actually works, and you use words and images that spirit helps you choose. See the magic is, use the tools that you are guided to use, not what others tell you. Do it your way then the resonance is there that will carry your service, project or message out into the world powerfully on the wings of angels.
3. Can’t get started? There are great coaches, books, or better yet find a friend who has just gone through a program and watch and monitor their success and then imagine yourself doing the same. Choose someone who is riding the rails in both worlds with grace and their service delivery is the main essence of all their emails and programs and you can Feel this.
4. Are you, is your Product or Service good enough? This one is easy. Whatever you are inspired about is what you are to share. It’s a divine formula, give a human a passion and they will follow it and someone else needs that energy. It’s the bigger plan. But you just might not be jumping out into the world with your message seems too ordinary to you. Or you’ve failed before. You were just practicing for NOW.
Change is in the air, for us personally, socially and globally and it begins with your very thoughts. As we understand the Quantum field and our inter-connectivity it certainly makes sense that we come out of isolation and learn and grow together.
