
Hello Everyone!!
What are your first thoughts when you wonder what your vibration level is? Or how you can raise it? Or maybe it’s a nebulous notion and you have no idea. You know how it’s so important for your health, emotional well being and sets your level of consciousness, but how do you “shift” it?
Most people might have a vague idea of how to guess their vibration by how they are feeling, positive or negative. Some of us have some good habits already established to identify and manage our vibrational level. Because our state of being is an interwoven result of inter-related factors it is difficult to pinpoint what is causing a crash in our vibrational field. But you feel it.
As a Vibrational Educator, helping people feel and know the benefits of higher states of vibration, I’d like to give you a few easy bump ups you can accomplish anytime during the day to shift your entire vibration to al greater level and balance out any variables draining you.
- Start Your Day Deliberately
Take a moment upon waking to take a self inventory. We often rush to start our day and miss the opportunity to regulate ourselves powerfully through ritual. Each day we rise from rest and have a chance to face the day anew and that is a fundamental ritual that can launch your first choice of the day. Keeping your vibration high is a result of making conscious simple choices during the day and the best time to decide to Be the Light is the threshold of a brand new chance to rise and shine, or whine.
What if you considered the miraculous gift , that it is a gift to continue to have a body and opening our heart to the realization of the alternative helps us begin the day with one of the most powerful vibration lifters available to us…Appreciation and Gratitude.
2. Open your Heart to some Appreciation, yes it attracts more goodness.
3. Set your Sights for the Day and make your Intentions

5. At the end of the day, review your interactions and feelings and Clear Your Mind before you go to sleep.
I can add that if you practice self-care routines it will help your actual body hold a good vibration. Get enough sleep, drink enough water to de-tox and keep good company. When you feel out of kilter, take a time out and re-establish your vibrational field intentionally with a few deep breaths. Learn about vagal nerve stimulation so you can relax and come out of stress mode. Step by step, you CAN raise your vibration.
